Hi, I found you on a forum from the below comment. I have the same problem and have been told I need to replace the pulley and belt on the CD player. Do you have this part in stock? I just want to thankyou for the help on the phone working out the problem and the prompt delivery, I fitted the board yesterday and the tv is working perfectly again.  I wont be turning the electric off while the tv is switched on again thats for sure.
